My highbeams are out but I can still turn on my fog lights...shouldn't they both be out (same bulb)...Could this be a fuse problem???

Unless you're running DRLs, I think it's odd how the high beams went out before the low beams...

Either way, I'd check the bulbs first. Like stated above, they're dual filament so either can go out at anytime, while the other works fine still.

I lost one of the fog filaments, but the high still worked.
I would guess its the High beam filaments that went.......Did you check your fuses?

There are a couple locations for the fuse boxes in the G.....One is the drivers side kick panel, but I'm guessing the fuses for the headlights/tail/interior etc. are located behind the battery compartment. In order to get at the fuse box, you need to remove the lower windshield cover moulding (black plastic trim pc) by removing the plastic button type fasteners....That should give you access to the fuse box.

Go outside and look at your car, I think it should make sense.
