Yeah I replaced my passenger side hinge about a month ago. I was surprised after I removed my old hinge that it didn't appear to be bent, It was just totally seized up. I suppose you could remove the fender if you really wanted to, but it's not necessary. There are only 4 bolts holding the hinge on, 2 on the hood and 2 on the body.
