If You Know Anything About Tinting/Light Smoking Laws HELP!

i live in nj, and i plan on getting 5% tints in the back windows and the rear windsheild. i plan on getting nothing done to the driver and passenger windows because i know they are illegal.

BUT, i do plan on smoking my tail lights (60%) and the head lights (30%) and the sidemarker clear corner signal (30%)

is anything i plan on doing illegal, more specifically in NJ.

thanks for the help, im really crappy at this stuff. as you can see, ive posted several threads lol.

thanks agian ahead of time.

Hey I live in Middlesex county.. here are the laws regarding Tints:
1. Only Rear Windows and Rear windsheild are allowed to be tinted.
2. Front Windows and front Windshield cant be tinted at all. (sure you can get away with it, and plenty of cars come with factory tints, but anything lower than 25% will get u pulled over)
3. Corner lights have to have an amber light, tinting it is okay as long as you dont black it out.
4. Now regarding tail lights and headlights... it is 100% ILLEGAL to tint ANY precent of your headlights or taillights...

Now i have 25% tints all around, clear corners with ultra white light, and im getting my tail lights and head lights tinted and roof blacked out this weekend. So far I got one tint ticket from an officer whos daughter i banged out one night.. i think thats why he didnt let me go.. haha.. anyways i dont get much looks from cops.. ill update when i get my tails and heads tinted...

yeah i live in burlington nj its like central/south jersey and i just recently got pulled over the other night for my tailight tint. while i thought the officer was going to let me go with just a warning or a fix it ticket he comes back with a lagit ticket. the hole problem with this is i cant just pay a fine and be done with it i have to go to court on the 5th to find out how much the ticket will be the thing that sucks is im going to have to pay court fees plus the ticket. now my lights were really dark and it took me 4 months to get pulled over so if you go 60% you should be fine and for the side markers mine are blacked out and no light shines threw and iv been fine with that for over a year now.

my tails

Any taillight tint is illegal and if you get rear-ended and the person who hit you is savvy enough they can get you on improper safety equipment and find you partially responsible even in a minor fender bender (meaning you pay your own deductible if someone taps you and scratches up your bumper)
