Sunroof weatherstripping

My sunroof weather stripping is cracking.

Where can I get replacement weatherstripping?

Has anyone replaced this before?

Thanks

Mine's separated a little in the front, so I'm interested in whether anyone's done this themselves too.

For the micro-cracks, black RTV silicone is perfect for filling them in.

Not sure on my problem, I've never looked at it very close, but it might just need some kinetic persuasion to get back in place.

Nope, last thing I used it for was on carb tubes on an old motorcycle.

Just use as little as possible and wipe up any excess so it's only in the cracks.
