I am planing to get the veilside kits from them. They have it in stock. I live around their place so i will just local pick up and pay cash. They offered me a 3% more discount and they said when i arrived there. We can still work something out. I think they do good service and really nice price. =)

Just be patient for the shipping. You pay better price, u will have to take the risk of delay shipping. relax, they will be on ur hands =).

 

if i were you i would cancel your order for the data systems lip and get the urethane one. i had the fiberglass version before and love my urethane one way more

 

I had some problems with them also, I ordered a whole bunch of things from them and waited for eight months for all my stuff to get to me, from the day I ordered them I told them that it is very important that I get everything in time for a very important show, and guest what they said? yeah no problem! and guess what? I missed the show! not only that they sent me damaged parts and kind of gave me the run around for a while and finally I had to insist to get a refund that also took a while to get back. I understand that the parts are from Japan and will take a while to get and that $hit happens, but why all the lies and excusses (at least get all the employees stories straight and tell the same lie?) Then to top it off they call me back after all is done and the owner tells me that they didn't receive payment for shipping, according to their invoices? what the hell? I paid for everything, and took care of my own shipping? He had to check on that and call me back to say that I was right. I would think that they would value their customers a little bit more?

 

i have freinds that do international buisness like this, these guyz problem seems to be that they are not organized and do not have good connections with the manufacture,these things are common, when it comes to a company like this.

All i can tell you is we have a section its just like E-BAYS feedback system here is the link, i am not trying to be a samrt *** i know u guyz are pist, but i know if u are buying something off ebay you will not buy it off the person with alot of negative feedback.. you will pay a little more and give it to the more reputable seller... just advice from someone who's been there, done that !!
