no prob kyle, I just wanted to check if it was lost in the mail or what. Did you ship them all out or do you still need to do some. specifically mine, Craig 96814.
not trying to slam strictlyz or anything, just offering some customer feedback here. i had poor results from dealing with them the first time.
i ordered a couple parts and arranged to swing by since i am local. so i call the day before i planned on showing up and the guy said "yea your parts are here, a pickup tomorrow would be fine". so i show up two hours before close and nobody is at the store, i waited and called for 45 minutes for someone to show (i saw an open car out front so i figured maybe someone just took a trip to the can or something). finally i gave up and left, but called again before i got on the highway to see if they had returned. well someone picked up and said he was out and to come back and get my parts. so i head back and nobody is there again! i wait around for another 15 minutes and finally a dude shows up, brings me into the store, and it turns out they are OUT of stock on one of my items, someone shipped my reserved item the day before. great, there goes my weekend install plans.
dont get me wrong, the guys i dealt with seemed nice enough, but in my opinion they aren't as customer focused as i like to see when spending a few hundred bucks. it seems like it's a bunch of young college kids that seem more concerned with a TT project in the building next door, or maybe their physics homework, than fast, quality service.
i understand that they run this forum, and hopefully will take this feedback as constructive criticism. maybe it was just a bad day, i dont really know since it's my only experience so far, but it was handled fairly unprofessionally to say the least.

There is no they.. StrictlyZ is only Me.. And no StrictlyZ doesnt work out of the house.. (However I wish it did at times) It's just that I get extreemly busy at times.. Lately its been a madhouse and if I cant answer the phone its pretty much cause I physically cant.

i actually forgot i ordered it. i just received a ups tracking number today. it'll be there just in time to get wrapped. merry christmas to me! thanks for the special strictlyz. $80 is a bit much. i realize it's oem. now $45... that's fitting. it will dress up my baby nicely.
If you live in Socal just go to Performance Nissan in Duarte. I bought mine for $45(sale) a week ago. I had to mod it but, piece of cake, even a 10yrs old kid can do it. Just need a box cutter and trim the sides.

I got the battery cover from Strictly Z a couple months ago.
It took about 10 minutes to install, looks great and covers that big ugly hole that Infiniti should have covered at the factory.
I couldn't be happier. Thanks Kyle!
