Angry Rear Ended

This has been a horrible week for me. Starts off with having to get a high up boss to stop my boss's abuse of me and being moved (monday). Today i was trying to figure out my new workspace and didnt know if they had a fridge so i didnt bring a lunch. Was running around doing what i could and get a call... the job I wanted really bad wants me to come up and do a walk through of their facility (company that I didn't think wanted me after my interview) So probably getting a new job yay. Go to lunch and treat myself. On way back sitting at light. Wammmm. Guy hits me doing 35+ (Tuesday).
On a side not the bumper took all the damage and really impressed me. Now i need a new bumper and while I am at it side skirts and front bumper. I like the design of the C- sport kit for its all around clean grown up look. Since iam changing jobs and cant spend to much...... who should i go through for this kit (already heard about duraflex fitment issues) which is a shame because seems like an amazing idea. Help will be appreciated and used if found sound. On a side not check out momentum performance turbo kit.... Went from looking at a g37 to planing a g35 build in one click.

Have an idea

First guy didnt want to claim it but said he would rather pay to fix my car because he didnt care about his and it still ran. So what I will probably do is get him to pay for my new bumper and then claim the second accident. Still need someone to tell me which company is good for that body kit tho. Something that wont snap if i tap a curb.

Double bonus on the rear end. Although how would the insurance be resolved. Id get quotes for both their insurance and have them cut you checks. At least you are ok.

Not likly

I would love to be able to claim both but this is a strange situation. the two companies might try to screw me and say there is no way to tell which accident caused what damage and lowball it.

hopefully adjuster doesn't notice 2 different colors of paint embedded into the rear end and raise a red flag!

I would have to agree. I need to find the auto shop that gives me the highest quote so i can do what i want to do. Aftermarket bumper's and i want to see how much a respray would be in KAD (r35 graphite/charcoal grey). Also does anyone know that if the new paint would have the self healing characters of the r35.
