Window issue.

Tried searching but not finding my exact issue. So I bought my car used. The passenger side window when I roll it down is peeling the tiny off the corner. On top of that its making some sort of smudge line which appears from maybe the railing or something? Maybe you have had this problem or know how to fix it is appreciate it. Here's a pic but I don't know if you can see it that well. I tried to edit the picture so you can see it.

the tints have to be removed 1st of all there not good anymore and will continue to peel. The smudge may be from the tint peeling.
Open the door panel and roll up and down the window see if it touches anywhere.
check the bolts.screws if there loose!
