Not quite a sleeper look. Cant hide that Stillen hood.
i'm talking about people who are unfamiliar with the g and available fi products for it.

Love the subtleness of the hood. The gauges are not my cup of tea and I think they look really tacky. Just giving my honest opinion. It is your ride so if you like it more power to you.

You know what would have been money? If you did a carputer conversion and had some digital gauges that would be displayed on your LCD. I have seen this setup on a few cars and it is trick. This way you won't have to look all over the place for your gauges. They will be right in front of you.

Wow. Awful. Its bad enough that you used cheap vinyl to cover the "enclosures," but to top it all off, the gauges in the drivers side footwell have got to be damn near useless. There is a reason gauge pods go on the A-pillar. So you can see them! For someone who claims to be interested in the additional information that these gauges provide, you sure don't seem to care too much about being able to get to that information quickly and safely.

And as far as the "stealth look" goes, I highly doubt anyone pulling up next to you is going to think your car is stock when the inside looks like Club 54 from all your gauges. Something also tells me that anyone who would want to race you would probably know that 19" Konig Trouble wheels didn't come stock on the G35x.

i wonder why i even reply to people who don't read the entire post.
those wheels were for the show. they are sold. i drive on stock rims/tires. you can ask any of the guys from chicago.
you don't see any gauges from outside comparing to someone who has a pillar installed. and for the last time, the material the shop used is not the final product. it's going to be cf.
do you have any idea what my plans are for the car? what are your 1/4 mile numbers? or do you even own a g?
lets see you drop 15k in your car and what it will look like. probably a body kit with rims 20" and exhaust with cold air intake. it's easy to post crap like this:
I highly doubt anyone pulling up next to you is going to think your car is stock when the inside looks like Club 54 from all your gauges.
have you seen my car in person? no, because you would know i have tinted windows.
like i said, why do i even bother when people post crap like this. this is why the boards need to be by paid subcription only. so people like you don't come in and post crap without reading.

why post if you cant accept criticism. Some people just don't like it or agree with what you've done. Personally i think it looks horrible. But you know what, its your car. who cares. Do whatever you like to it. maybe i would like to draw large phallic shapes on my car. Big deal.
