Experience w/ Tint Shop in Rochester

Hi people,

Has anyone had experience with the Tint Shop in Rochester, NY? I took my car there and although the quality of the job overall is ok, I'm really disappointed with the customer service.

While tinting the side window, they sliced up the run channel. There's also a minor flaw in the film on another window. They keep swearing up and down that they will take care of these things, but whenever I call, I keep getting put off or the guy is just not around. Or he blames the dealership for not having the part in stock. He tells me it'll take a couple of weeks, which I know has got to be BS. This has been since 7/23. Anyone else ever had dealings with these guys?

I've dealt with those guys in the past. Since they went under new management, customer service been horrible. I wouldn't take my car there anymore. I hear they have a bunch teens doing thier work.

That's a real shame, because from what I heard before getting tinted, they had a really great reputation. Guess I should've asked around more carefully before getting the work done. Oh well... guess all I can really do is wait and see when they can fix the crappy work they did.

Thanks for the input.
