Nice car and a sweet ride but it really shocked me to see that they used a replica kenstyle kit. Pretty ****ty that a company that makes aftermarket parts would support knock offs.

May not be K&N's car...just a sponsored car, so it's up to the owner of the car what parts are used. *shrug*

steve i just picked up the Import Tuner last night... maybe you should rig up a quick change front bumper system like they have lol

nah Moog, it was built in house at K&N, although i believe the article said that it was an after-hours project by some of the engineers.

maybe they were on a limited budget and they chose to spend it on go-fast parts, since this is a time attack car after all and built with only that purpose in mind.

Yeah in the mag they said it was "Ken Style" The real one is Kenstyle. I dunno if it was a typo or that ment to pass it off. All in all it is a awesome car. The motor is sweet!

The car is K/N's car.It was at SEMA in 2004 when it was red.I do believe it is a real Kenstyle kit.It was at SEMA 2005.I looked at it closley. The side skirts have the Kenstyle logo. The front bumper had a billet K/N logo instead of the og one.It was real carbon fiber around the fog lights, and they were the Cibe fog lights.I did hear from a good source that they paid alot money to get the cover shot, that's what advertising will buy you.

Heres the reasons why I say it was fake. he car has a lot of carbon on it. Yet they painted over the fog light area. The real kit has fog light rings, theres doesnt. Theres a fat gap between the hood and bumper. Just like every kenstyle knock off. Who knows maybe they broke the real one and then went with a fake one.
One things for sure though there is crazy work into it! They did a great job.
