I got the fiberglass diffuser and am VERY happy with the fit. ...And that's after having installed and removed the authentic NISMO diffuser. Working on getting pics posted.

I also just got my fiberglass KurumaZ diffuser yesterday. I test fit it with just the license plate bolts and the 2 clips underneath, and the fitment was excellent.

I've been seeing a lot of people pleased with this product, but I was wondering if the diffuser has some functionality or is just for looks. It looks sweet but I want to know if it actually works too. Thanks.

I agree, but I wouldn't rule out some minor, beneficial effect on airflow mainly with the OEM muffler/rear-section and cover. Minor being a key word.

On a scale of 1-10, I'd say functionality is probably a 1 or 2, with cosmetics making up 8-9. The vanes on the diffuser do extend more than they appear in some pics.

**EDIT** Adding pics to the diffuser Review and Pics thread (currently above)

It reduces it so the car drag coefficient .001 and gives the car 10 more hp and 50mpg Hahha just kidding... Its just for looks, but I would be curious if it improves anything Anyone got a huge wind tunnel they can let us use?

I used to be able to drive down a dusty road in my '97 Mitsu. GSX and be able to tell that the tall OEM spoiler actually did clean and expedite the airflow in a good manner. My wife said is was extremely apparent watching from some distance away as well.

I used to have to drive my car along that dusty road, but I don't any longer. I just can't bring myself to take my G down a dust-covered road intentionally, but I imagine you could see if it hade even the smallest impact compared to the OEM bumper. Anyone want to get their G dusty before and after their diffuser install?
