Stone Interior Question.
the stone bothers me a bit b/c in low lights it seems grey and in bright light it seems almost tan... also, be careful if you wear a lot of jeans, the colors will darken the seats a little where you sit if you don't keep it clean.. otherwise the stone interior has been good to me... also it does beat the heat
Seems it is rare but possible to get it stained so thought I would share this. Found some good interior cleaning tips (including for light color leather):

See Section called Cleaning & Conditioning Leather Upholstery.
It's not just blue jeans to worry about, consider oil from skin or skin products. They also mention a product called Sonus that they liked, but they don't say if it works for stains from blue jeans, I imagine it should. Once cleaned and buffed dry, use protectant (very easy to wipe on); the saying for leather is prevention goes a long way. Oh... friend learned hard way, try not to let it soak too long; othrwise, it'll eventually show up vaporized onto your windows b/c car's interior doesn't vent as well as a home.
Black or graphite is so common I think mainly because it's easier to keep clean (well hides dirt better); but, the look of Stone is quite different ... gives a lighter more spacious, airy quality. Given the above tips, worth the bit of effort I would say b/c it's not a minivan
. For leather, being cooler is very nice too.

I got stone interior, it looks nice but yes, it gets stains easily if you don't condition it often.
I usually don't have passengers. so 2 years later the seat colors are very differents.

Stone interior is great, i requested it when i was looking for my car and i dont regret a thing. The interior is spotless and it still looks new, just dont eat/drink in the car.
What u should be more concerned with is the fact that you are choosing Serengeti Sand, did u see the poll on that color?
