Anything can be wrapped. Just depends on how well you can wrap.

Wrap with real carbon or vinyl?

Real carbon with bagging, anything as where with vinyl it depends on the part and how good you are.

I just had my whole center console wrapped in cf vinyl. I still need to take some pics. Came out awesome with the dry carbon weave.

i wouldnt bag interior parts.. especially plastic pieces.. they'd get crushed in the bag unless they had an alaborate jig supporting them that would be so complicated to build you might as well just make a mold off the part and then vacuum real carbon parts from that mold...

for one off pieces your best bet is wrapping by hand (wear gloves - resin alergies are a bitch)

lots and lots of wet sanding between several coats of resin is key..

also don't hesitate to put smaller parts in an oven around 200 degrees to heat cure... your parts will be twice as strong and it helps lower the viscosity of the resin right before it cures so that makes the sanding process easier...

your interior gets very hot just remember any resin or epoxy you use will likely fail above any temp they were cured at... in other words your parts can warp or break if it isnt cured properly.

good luck!

I had a local shop do it since I know it would be way better than any wrap I could do. He used the 3M vinyl which is a million times better than the othe fabric that others were using. I actually have alot of the fabric left that I never used if anyone is interested. The 3M stuff is stronger, resistant to water, easier to work with and has a more realistic weave.
