auto windows up vent mode

Can someone help me.
I have a 05 g35x. when I put up my front passengers windows using the one click up method, the widows go all the way up and down about 6 inches. Is there a setting to just have the windows stay up?

You have to reset your window motor using these instructions:

Remove door panel (pop off handle cover - 2 screws, remove little cap in lock housing - 1 screw)
Pull off door panel from the lower inside part of the panel first.
Unplug door lock cable, door latch cable, light plug, and window/lock panel plug.
Remove door panel, plug window/lock panel back in.
Locate the window motor reset button. You will find 3 brass colored screws in the middle of the metal door panel. There may be a black cover in the middle of these, or just below, remove this cover.
You will now be looking at the reset button.
Step 1: open door, roll up window all the way without engaging the auto up
Step 2: Push and hold window reset button and roll down window without engaging the auto down and release the button when done.
Step 3: Close door, you are inside, roll up window without engaging the auto up

Your window is now reset. Play around with the Auto Up/Down. If window continues to dip 5 or so inches after using Auto Up, repeat reset procedure.

I've done this a ton of times, also same procedure if you buy a replacement window motor.
