I have fully adjustable M45 Headrests. The tilting function allows you to get the headrest in a much more comfortable position, and gives you more security and comfort when driving.

I believe these fit all first gen seats but do your own research / ask any questions you feel necessary. They definitely fit my 03 coupe seats.
