Only missing a rubber washer cause the factory one is a bit too large to fit in the ****'s orifice. <-----(man im glad we all know what we are talking about. Some of these statements.....)
Seriously now, I totally concur with all of the other comments posted so far. I am a very satisfied customer.
Thx Clint

Boret,
This **** does not need the rubber and the metal washer that is required by the oem ****. Sorry, I never pointed that out.

Thanks for all the kind words folks. Once again, I'm very glad everyone are thrilled and satisfied with this ****. Bravo!

Fini,
The rubber wahser goes above the metal washer. It is however, almost always wedge up inside the oem ****. Again, the THX-SS should slip onto the oem shaft w.o. any washers.

installed my thx-ss **** this weekend.... gotta say IT IS FREAKIN BAD @$$!!!! My tranny feels totally different due to the extra weight. Installation was rather painful (not because the damn oem shift **** was so hard to remove, but because in doing so, clamping the shaft, i put 2 1/8" gouges on my shift boot, and scuffed my oem ****), but that stuff is nothing to go home and cry about. def a pretty nice 1st mod. I totally reccomend this to anyone considering a short shifter. and as a bonus, it looks simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G in the '05 interior. clint did an exceptional job both in design/ergonomics and manufacturing. it is so comfortable, and one thing i really liked is its shorter lenght, and how my arm is now parallel to the floor when i shift resting my arm on the armrest, unlike with the oem how my arm was slightly angled upward, and personally was a tad uncomfortable. keep up the good work clint, and to those unfortunate to miss this gb, make sure you jump on the upcoming one!!!!!!

I SCUFFED my OEM **** too!!!

After driving with the new shift **** for couple days, I am starting to like it more and more! not that i didn't like it in the first place, but man.. this shift **** is great! Shifts feels so different than with OEM. fits perfectly in my hands.

But the THX-SS **** rox and saves the day ... The end! LoL. *shameless*
