ya, for hte next few days just manually do it....i mean, it's taking you way back to like, 1999 and i know it's hard to turn that ****, but with support of friends and family i think you can do it.

and wtf is up with taking bolts out or something to tint windows? i had mine all tinted and they didn't take junk out and my tint is fine, they still moved up and down when i opened the doors the next few days but it didn't hurt the tint.

^^ same here. I also have my windshield tinted and its not that. Mine work perfectly, tint will not interfere with that. They should have never have taken that bolt off, now your car might fall apart.

Thanks guys. My car is going crazy! I thought new cars these days have auto locks too, but my car never locked on its own so I'm like whatever. Then all of a sudden, they would lock by itself randomly!!! AND today I found out that there is no icon indicator letting you know when a door is left open. SOOO as I was on the way to school pulling out of my street, I hear wierd noises and had a wierd feeling to pull over. And I knew it was my passenger side door that wasn't closed all the way -_- . I'm gonna put the bolts back on tonight and hope that's the reason my car is goin crazy.

ok,the door pins in the door jambs do alot more then turn on the dome light, first off the autolight- since they removed the ground screw for the door pins the bcm no longer gets the door open to close signal to start the autolight off sequence, next off obviously the door pins signal the bcm to open the window approx10mm when the door is open to prevent the glass form hitting the body trim and finally they are the alarm forced entry alarm signal which in turn starts the dome light delay on and off timer, and if you use the keyless and get in with no door input it doesnt know you opened the door thinks you hit unlock accidentally and will relock and arm the alarm.the window venting should not bother a proper tint job as the water should be all gone from the heat gun anyways.

if you have anymore questions ask away,i do nissan electrical work for a living

yes ,put the screws back in and all will be back to normal,it may be a good idea to run the windows all the way down and back up to reset the auto down feature(once the tint is dry).
