Are D2C blubs ok to use instead of D2R?

Are D2C blubs ok to use instead of D2R?
was looking to buy a pair on ebay. Item number 150093015404.

d2c can replace both d2r and d2s bulbs

yeh, theyll work - from what ive seen. some guy posted pics of his d2c bulbs and they looked fine to me.

but why not just get bulbs you know will work - like d2r bulbs?
