I couldn't find any DIY instructions on the forum, but does anyone know of any or provide me instructions on doing it myself? I hear you have to take the whole bumper off???

I've done it before...you don't have to take the bumper off. You just have to take the wheel well covers out. Grab yourself a flat head screw driver, a philips screwdriver (a long one and a stubby one), a flash light, and pop those rivets and screws out one by one. Take the whole thing off, and then reach in and you'll see the back of the light housing.
