ClearCoat Tint??

right now im in the process of getting tires for my rims and trying to figure out what coilover to go with but in the mean time im getting my wifes car tinted and haveing one of my windows retinted... while im there i want to smoke my tail lights and side markers .. just curious if anyone has used a spray on clearcoat thats tinted? if so how did it turn out or has anyone even herd of this... its painted on the outside.. im worried it wont look clean and factory any opinions?

my only concern with spray on tint is that it may not appear even when lit up. you would probably have to take it to a pro.

why not go with traditional tint?

well i will go that route if its better thats why im here to get opinions ive never had it done before so i dont know.... anyways are there any probs splitting the tailights? is it a relativly easy job to do the tint on the inside? im takeing it to my tinter this weekend just curious what route i should go thanks again for your guy's input mike

coming from somebody who has tinted 100's of lights

get automotive clear coat, mix in about 25% black mix well and add hardener and whatnot and spray light even coats until the desired darkness is achieved, allow proper flashing times and spray some coats of clear let dry, wetsand buff, and walla!

or pay a shop 100$ to do it and forget about it, or order bats overlays...personally im not a fan of stickers though
