i have a 03 sedan and the OEM HID headlight cover looks foggy and old, im thinking ab getting a new headlight housing.
have anyone bought the JDM headlight on ebay before? If yes, how is it?

The ones on ebay are not HID, they are Halogen. (unless they say HID...they will also cost alot more) thats why they are so cheap (~150 for a set). You can re-use the lenses by baking them in the oven, removing the lenses, do the same with you OEM ones and then just swap out the lenses. Bake again to re-seal.
I will be doing (more helping) this on Sunday. Also paiting the bezels black and maybe another suprise.
There are some on eBay that I have read are pretty bad when it comes to quality and fitment.

No problem.
From the research I've done, the method to use is
heat up to 350
turn off
bake for 10 minutes
Pry the lenses off from there. I haven't done this myself yet. I can post up what was all done after this Sunday. Also do a search for "headlights" and you should come up with some other threads on the topic.

Some of the 03s (mine included) are beyond the over the shelf products. I even went as far as to do a sand and polish on my headlights and I still can't get that original shine back or the cloudyness away.
Def try the products though if you haven't tried them before.

If they are just foggy use 3M or eq brand plastic cleaner and polish to bring them back to a nice clear shine. Then use 3M clear bra covers on the lights so it never comes back!
