Re: HID/Xenon Headlights.. Are they??

Ova:

I find the SilverStars to be a good colour match for the Xenons, on both fog and high. The STs are significantly brighter than the stock bulbs on high. I didn't want to lose the functionality of the high beams, so I wouldn't have gone with the HID kit.

Catz now makes a dual capsule H4 HID Xenon kit that you might look into.

I went with the Xtreme White wedge bulbs for the 'Clearance' Lights and they are a better match than stock.

The overnight temps were down to about minus 35 C when I took the pictures. With windchill, it actually got down to about -45 C. We were in the middle of a 'deep freeze' and so I actually raised the set temp for the climate at 23 C. I usually have it set at 19.
This W/E (literally days later) we are up to +6 C.
