Thanks for all the help... I ended up finding one out of an '06 infiniti with less than 8k miles on the car. I figured I'd try it in hopes that it would be a perfect match and it will also give me time to find a nice replacement set. It only cost me $15, so it's worth a shot.

Your bulbs should be under warranty. I believe the other bulbs used throughout the car are as well.
