DIY - Painting Your Headlights
You make them yourself. Several who've done it have cut out a circle from a plastic diffusion panel from a fluorescent light bulb fixture. I think it was Gary C or G35Papa that first did it, so search for their posts about it.

Yes, I did mine and you are correct, I used a cover from a fluorescent light fixture. I never posted up a DIY for it though. You really just have to dremel out the orange right to the edge of where the chrome starts. It will leave a small lip on the back. Cut and shape your new clear piece, then spot glue the new piece onto the back of the turn signal housing.
I'm getting ready to remove that and add in a projector lense instead. Wish me luck!

Maybe you and 0-60 can swap bezels. He gets an already-finished clear turn signal (and yours are painted too, right?) and you get a blank template to do your projector retrofit. I know the logistics of it will suck mightily, but maybe you can work something out. Just a thought.
I'm certain someone did theirs in a gunmetal. I remember seeing it when I was researching my paint job. And I'm not sure I liked it, but I think it was more because of the color of the car (DG I think) than the bezel color. Too similar. I think the gunmetal would look really good on TB or your EM.

BTW, is that a gas oven? If so, then keep the headlights as far away from the flame source as possible. Not worried about flames hitting it, but temps might fluctuate more the closer you are to the source.
I'd suggest setting it below that 260 mark and using a thermometer to adjust it accordingly. I was anxious enough as it was just putting my headlights in the oven, so I'd be pretty careful about getting it right. I know there's no water in the housing, but staying below 212 is probably a good idea.

Definitely be cautious. It probably says 260 because gas ovens in general have difficulty maintaining really low temps. The higher end ones are better at it, but electric is still better at lower temps.
so should i give it a try? or no?
Get a decent thermometer and see if you can maintain a temp around 200. Check every couple of minutes for a little while. If you can't, then don't try it and see if a friend has an electric oven. If you can, then you'll have to decide yourself. I was pretty anxious about doing it at all, so I'm not going to advise someone else whether they should or shouldn't. Many people have done it with success, but I don't know if anyone's done it in a gas oven.
I put mine on a cookie sheet with a piece of foil on it on the lowest rack. It was the only place it would fit.
