What are you going to use for shrouds?

Also, while you are still messing around with the brackets, you should figure out a way to tie the bracket into the stock rod mounting location so that you can retain the vertical adjustability from the outside of your headlight, that way you can make minor adjustments after you seal tehm all up (for say, if you ever change your suspension setup)

I have no clue I have some but no way they fit even slightly.... Any ideas?

And I wish the brackets i made would be impossible to move with it. I am just going to get them as straight as possible vert and horiz and just put it all together and hope for the best. Anything is better then those miserable stock lights.

Custom shrouds! I seen a thread where they used an aluminum pop can and cut it to the shape of the shroud and used the "inside' side of the pop can that isn't colored and is still "silverish aluminum".

OP:

as tricky as it may be to come up with an idea now of getting it to work with adjustability, believe us when we say you really need to figure out a way of how to get it to work with adjustability

surf over to my thread to see some pictures of how i did it. yes, your mounting holes will not be so serendipitously lined up as mine were, but you can make it work with a bracket design. I *think* that's how ivoryGT used to do it, a big bracket...

Um, for shrouds, i dont know if i mentioned a site i've bought stuff from... but check out www.theretrofitsource.com

he is doing some really cool stuff for the community and has a handful of shroud designs available for sale.

my vote is the more oem-looking you can make something, the better!
