Arrow G35Coupe Halo Angel eye tail lights...skyline r34 look

I searched around and didn't find anything about these on here so here it goes.

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/blxJp_J7b6A&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/blxJp_J7b6A&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/bLpylXVpMmQ&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/bLpylXVpMmQ&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

These are custom halo tail lights by CiNcity Designs. I think they're asking 650 for this. As you can see they look great, kinda like the skyline R34 tail lights.
I wanna know if anyone on here has these? I wanna get these but i think i can make these myself a lot cheaper.

I would try to confirm if they are still in business, Ive read they werent. It looks nice but thats expensive, worth it if you cant even hold a tool right.

well for those guys who haven't attempted it, I will tell you it's really hard. I thought I could do this "easily" just like all you guys since I did my own headlights and I typically do all the work on my car myself.

But this is really hard, I actually gave up and I have my tail lights just sitting in a box in the garage all torn up. The part where you have to cut them open with a dremel alone is enough to discourage someone.

With all the work involved in doing this, it's easily a $500+ labour job

Adon is right. It is difficult to cut but not impossible, considering the imperfections isn't very important as it recedes into the car. The trick to make the light look OEM. Having CCFL rings and LEDs just doesn't match.

Ivory GT, they look good but the only thing I would do away with would be the block.

its a mock up. not even in the taillight. that's to demonstrate the color and matching LEDs. The idea is the block will only come on during braking. Normal operation will just be rings.

And that makes any sense of comparison how? Instead of paying 10 dollars for oranges, I'd just buy apples for 5 dollars...
