Did you just upgrade to those? looks like the heat of the lights is not far enough spread out, there is a DIY for aiming your lights and that should help some, oem projectors suck and people do the TSX lense swap and modify the lense shield and get that crisp clean cut line.

yup i recently put them on, i had them off to try and aim them, it looked pretty good off the car. what do you mean by the heat is not spread out enough? i read the how to adjust your projectors the right way thread but its kinda vague imo, it only shows one adjusting screw but if you take them off there is actually three that can be adjusted. im trying to avoid having to open them up and still get a decent cutoff. any other ideas? thanks for your help.

the heat spots are where the light looks the brightest [ focus of heat] they should be more spread apart. So instead of narrow they should be opposite of that,

The cutoff shield curves forward. If you go through with taking yours apart you will see stuff will fit one way. In the third pic he is drilling to top "lip" in the projector housing but that is not a necessary step if you are looking to even out your cutoff line.

it looks like the guy drilled the whole thing off http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v6...3337-K1024.jpg but in this picture it look like its still there? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...Y/DSC_0700.jpg so what do you suggest? i can push the shield forward without opening it up, should i just do that? also the whole thing seems to move around a lot inside the housing idk... thanks for the help.
