Headlights HELP PLEASE

***DISCLAIMER***
I am a noob /:

So recently, I purchased a salvaged 2006 g35 coupe.

Took it to the mechanic and noticed the headlights weren't working.
So after investigating it, he said that the "wire harness" was stolen (He has a heavy accent, couldn't understand him so not sure what he said) He only showed me the part which looked like a adapter or something but he said when I buy all three bulbs(low/hi & fog), to make sure they include the wires connected to them.

Being the cheap person I am, I went on eBay to look for these headlights harnesses and can't find anything. I don't even know what bulbs to get nor which specific bulb.

Am I looking for the correct item or is there another specific term for them?
How much do the set cost including harness and bulbs?
Are there any vendors online that sell these parts?
I think they're factory HID but not sure.
I need it for both headlights.

Also, in overall, the headlights need to be replaced but I don't have the money for them.

Can anyone help? I'll upload the pictures of the headlights so you guys can get a idea.

I'll bet money its the ballasts. The bulbs don't really go, so that would be the last thing I would replace. You can find the ballasts used on eBay for like $60.

1: are both in non working condition?

2: are you going to the third position on your light switch to check them? Cuz the first position has a light sensor. If you're trying to turn them on and its light out they won't come on in the first position.

I've got the door fixed already.
1. The left headlight's fog light is the only working bulb out of the set.
2. The used dealership I've bought it out seemed a bit sketchy, hence why I thought they stole it off the car since they stole the ashtrays that were in the car before it was delivered

youre gonna have to see if you have ballasts or not. from there you can see if indeed wiring harnesses are there as well. and likewise, if theres any bulbs. while theyre off, buff the headlights out to remove that oxidation, finish it with a uv protectant clear coat of some sort to protect from future hazing and you should be set headlight wise.

The headlights were wobbly at first, my mechanic told me that a piece inside broke as the result of the collision.

I'll check tomorrow to see if I have ballasts or not. I will take photos and will update this thread. Thanks for the help so far.

You really had to ask thread jack three different threads with the exact same question?
