Need someone to clarify 2005 coupe head/fog light adjustments

im trying to figure out the headlight adjustments on my 2005 coupe headlights so I know the main adjuster screw that sits at the top of the headlight but there are also two belo that main one on each side of the headlight and all three screws have up down arrows on them. One of my headlights aims perfect and the other doesn’t and I’m getting frustrated messing with all three screws not to get it straight here are pics.

To my knowledge it sems as if all these screws adjust up and down aiming as they all have a arrow that points one points one way to up and the other for down. So am I correct to say that there is no adjustments for left to right?

This is the main screw everyone says adjust lights with

Then there is this screw a couple inches below on the left

Then there is this screw across on the other side a couple inches below the main screw above

First pic adjusts the beam higher or lower

Second pic Im not sure

Third pic adjusts the tilt of the horizontal beam. (Kinda like how a seesaw moves).

yeah that second pic is the one getting me because it makes adjustments also I just hate that it’s not one screw that controls both low beam and fog/highs where left to right should be a set position for the vehicle. All I can do is continue to play around with adjustments to get it right

thanks for your input though
