Good headlight options?
Good headlight options?
So I've come into an issue with my current headlights on my 04 G35x Sedan. I got them all cleaned up and polished and followed a thread on here about cleaning them with sand paper and what not and I have severe scratching on my headlights and condensation on the inside of my headlights. I was told not to use a heat gun to get rid of the condensation because it could cause cracks once it cools down and would make the problem worse. So I guess I have come to a split road on what to do for new headlights. I don't have the money to spend on 06-07 Projectors and want to go with aftermarket ones. I just don't know what to be looking for because I don't want gaps or to deal with a conversions or un-necessary wiring. I found a couple of options I found on the forums just need opinions.

Well first of all you need to decide whether you need coupe or sedan lights lol.
If you got a sedan just get some used ones and clean them up.
For a coupe they cost a lot more used so your cheap option without DIY are China (Spec D, etc) headlights. If you're willing to DIY you can do a roughly 06 projector equivalent for around $300 but it takes longer than swapping an engine and is easier to mess up on lol.

Would these be my best options?

If moisture is your only problem then just reseal the headlights. Water must be getting in through the lens. If there's other problems then oem is the way to go. Mod them if you want something unique
I also do have little cracks in the headlight due to where I live and the weather conditions. The lens itself is just bad.

If you want to simply upgrade what you have, this is the D2R bulb to get: D2R - Philips HID X-treme Vision +150% 85126XV2C1
Picked up a pair, noticeably brighter than the OEM bulbs. 4800k color so a bit whiter than OEM.
