Re: clearance lights

I believe the clearance light that's being referred to is the bulb that you can see on the inside edge of the high-beam reflector. It comes on with the rest of the parking lights.

Re: clearance lights

The clearance lights on the Coupe are the thin verticle strip on the outside of the headlight assembly.
On the Sedan it's inside the housing next to the highbeam bulb.

Re: clearance lights

When I was replacing the Fogs on my Sedan, I tried to pull out the Clearance (Parking) light to see how difficult it would be to replace. Is there a trick to getting the bulb out of the housing? Twist, pull, some other locking device?

Re: clearance lights

No trick, it's a wedge type bulb. Just pull it straight out.

Re: clearance lights

The clearance lights are the small bulbs inside the headlight housing. They basically just light up the headlight housing, they are purely cosmetic. Do you have a coupe or a sedan?
