Wrah,
Amazing work! Looks completely OEM. I have a few questions if you do not mind. Did you JB weld the projector trim to the Chrome trim of the headlight housing? It looks like you used the E46 single xenon trim and HIDPlanet's chrome trim? I am having a hard time locating the single xenon BMW trim. Did you buy yours from somewhere or ebay? Looks great man.

e46, audi TT - bosch ece (modded cutoffs) 2.26" single xenon projector
3" e46 bixenon bezel w/ 2.25" chrome rings
I paid $45.00+shipping for the bezels $25.00 for the rings
ebay the projectors (forget the amount) somthing like $145.00 a pair. Alum. flashing at Lowes and epoxy $235.00 for the whole project.
anyone wanting to do this: major PITA!!! Mounting the projectors and drilling the metal, making sure the whole thing was level. PITA MAJOR PITA!!! Then adjusting again & again & again, making sure its just right, so I could sill it all up. I'll never do anything like this in a long while. Lost too much sleep thinking: why the f*ck did I mess with the lights on my 35K car?
It turned out great though, I guess perfectionism and doing everything slowly is the key!!!!
Night pictures will be posted tomorrow as they will be taken tonight!
Thanks guys!
