The regular bulbs or fogs? I have only changed my fogs on my 05 and it wasn't hard. I did a seach and got a general idea how to do it. You basically go in through the wheel well to get to the back of the headlight housing. I left the wheels on but it would be easier with them off.

Fogs are pretty easy but give yourself some time. There are a handful of clips and a few screws you have to undo to release the wheel well. You do not need to remove it, just drop it down some to get to the light housing. To get to the fog bulbs, just unscrew the round cover. There is a metal cip that keeps the bulb in place. I struggled with this clip for a while until I figured out how it works. This is where removing the tire makes things easier. Once you get the bulb out, unplug it and plug in the new bulb. Don't touch the glass on the bulbs, though. Plug the bulb in, screw on the cover, and put the wheel well on. It sounds complicated but it's really not.

I'd just take off the damn bumper... and then the whole light housing out... =P I think it's a bit risky to be reaching in there with the blub... might damage it on the way into the plug

I just got done putting on yellow h4 bulb covers for my foglight bulb... I only did one side..and im on a dinner brake.... man theres no room to fit your hand in there to unclip the bulb out of the holder even with the splash guard pulled back...P.I.A. I would recommend removing your wheels when changing out your fog bulbs!

When I did mine, I found it easier to remove the fender-wall-liner. To do that, I put the car on jack stands, because I couldn't reach some of the bolts on the bottom. With the car raised, (which lowers the tire several inches), and the tires turned in, there is plenty of room to reach the bulbs.

I did mine about a month ago, do what avs007 said, jack up the wheel and remove the wheel. Then there are two screws and I believe 3 clips, use a small screw driver to help you pop out the clips. Bend the fender well back and you'll have access to both the clearance strip and fog/highbeam bulb. Pull off the piece that attaches to the back of the light, then remove the bulb. It's a little confusing at first, but squeeze the two clips on the back of the light together and it should then fold down, if you're unscrewing anything then you're doing too much.
