Of course they only work in one direction.. that's the diode part of Light Emitting Diode.

So which LED's are actually good?

I know what the diode is. I should since I got a degree in electrical engineering [img]/w3timages/icons/wink.gif[/img]. All I was saying that each of the bulb has 4 LEDs in it and all 4 lit up and the brightness still sucks. i.e. not bright at all. Also I tried 4 of the 6 bulbs just to see if there was a poor manufacturing issue that caused some to be more brighter than other but no. All 4 displayed the same luminosity. Personally I would spend money else where.

I did the LED's at first too. Then I went to www.optauto.com and bought the PIAA Ultra Brights for the map lights and for the rear backup lights and swithced out my LED's. The LED's are not nearly as bright as the PIAA's and Options Auto Salon sells the PIAA's the cheapest anywhere! I alos bought the Raybrigs for under the door. I kep my LED's on my license plate and in the trunk and in the clearance bulbs as they give creepy glow when they're on, but in the car I could read a thing at night with the superbrightLED's. Sorry G35Lin but go with PIAA's, they're way brighter. I think they may also have them actually in blue so check out that web site!!!!

Also for the console, I think these guys are right, the bulb is white and the guages are orange. With the radio and the AC, same applies. So in order to change those colors, you'd have to get a new guage panel and radio and AC buttons.
