The headlights come prealigned with the passenger headlight aimed a tad higher than the drivers side. I just evened them up as perfect as I could get em. I am lowered too so instead of bringing the right one down you may wanna bring the left one up. Note: this pic shows the right headlight a tad higher up. They come this way on purpose.

So is there a chance that it'd just be fine w/o any adjustments needed? Cuz I see the silver bolt that you're speaking about to adjust the headlights, however it doesn't look like it can be done w/o removing the headlight!

Reason why I asked was to save me time on the install so I won't have to take out my '04 ballasts if I don't have to. Thanks.

The ballasts are attached to the bottom of the headlights. They come out together.

Here's a pic of my 2006 Headlights. Took me forever to AIM them correctly. This is with the H1 Fog's Off and I am using the OEM G35 bulbs, but I sanded off the shield and cut a notch in the base to match that of the D2S. So basically I converted a D2R to a D2S. The light output it amazing.

I have:
- 194/169 PIAA Xtreme White (city lights)
- H1 PIAA Xtreme White (fog light)
- OEM Infiniti Xenon Bulb (converted to D2S)
- 7440 PIAA Xtreme White (turn signal bulbs)
- 194/169 PIAA Xtreme White (bumper lights) (clear housing)

I got mine on last night. It took about 2 hours start to finish. I took some pics that I'll post sometime soon.

I'm not sure if mine are aimed properly. Driving around my block it looked like the cutoff was kinda high.
