The 06 sedan housings are not projector lenses, if that's what you are looking for. Coupe headlight housings won't fit the sedan.

I put my 2006 Projectors in this afternoon. Like everyone else who has put the Projectors in, I waited until dark and then drove all over town. I love them!!!

I had a very difficult time removing the headlights from the wiring harness. I looked at my new headlights and thought I knew where the clip would be, but I couldn't see well enough to press it, hold a light, and pull on the headlight at the same time.

Thanks to a quick call to Gilley (Thanks) and a small mirror, I was able to finally get the headlights out. I took a picture of this clip after I finally got everything apart.

The harness connects to the headlight housing under the headlight. The clip you press to remove the harness is on the bottom of the connector that is under the headlight. It is very difficult to get at, and there isn't enough wiring to pull the headlight out and then remove the clip.

The driver's side headlight had a little longer cable. I was able to pull the headlight out a bit and use a mirror and droplight to see. Pressing the clip while pulling gently on the headlight worked for me.

The passenger's side had a shorter wiring cale on my car. I had to use Gilley's tip and go through the fenderwell to get that clip off. I also clipped a wire tie that gathered the left cable up a bit. That made it easier to plug the new headlight in.

I hope nobody else has as much trouble as I did removing the wiring harness from their headlights. I posted this message so someone else will at least be able to see how that durn clip comes out.

jb, I'm happy I could help you with your light install even thought it was over the phone. The new lights look great on your car.

It helps a lot to pull back the plastic inner fender well and to have a drop light or some kind of light to see that harness. I used a small, flat blade screwdriver to push down on that clip.

Sorry guys for my ignorance. Just to confirm. I have an 06 and i was looking into changing out the bulbs to make it look better. If i buy the 6000K ultinon that will give me the nice color. I don't need to cut a notch right? My harness should be set correctly for those bulbs right? Thank you

Oh, don't feel left out. I also had a heck of a time getting the housings out for a Demon Eyes install in my '05 because of the plugs. Found that if you use a small tool like a stubby screwdriver to push on the pad it works much better. I also pressed the pad and pulled gently on the light, not the plug, to remove them.

Oh, and I think you can reach in to the passenger side light from the engine bay to get at the plug. I didn't clip the tie, I left it on and got the bullet part out of the hole it mounts in.
