I totally agree on both counts. A skilled person could touch up the hood but if you're thinking of changing the bumper hold off. I was looking at the Nismo myself but couldn't justify the cost and quality/fitment issues. I opted for the '06 Coupe sport bumper.

 

anyone in San Diego Area that install clear bra's ?

 

Drove my car for 4 years without it. Got dings and scratches from road debris, and I only have 29k on the car.

Recently got the front and rear repainted, then got my full hood, front bumper, and front fenders wrapped, along with the side mirrors and "mud flaps" all the way around.

2 days after the clear bra, 4 days after the paint a large dirt clod fell out of a truck in the lane to my left and pulverized dirt/dust/sand nailed the front of the car. That one incident paid for the clear bra. Get it before its too late!

I used Aerotect in Pomona. Ask for Francisco.

clear bra is well worth it imho.

 

What prep should one do before adding clear bra? Should there be a fresh coat of wax on the car when it is applied?
