Probably not at this point, I'm currently working on a set of headlights for my civic, so I'll be busy for awhile.

Thanks. The good thing about taillights is that you don't have to be so critical with aiming the LEDs, unlike headlight work.

You would also need to factor in the cost of sedan lights for the rings. I want to finish some light upgrades for my civic first. I'll probably be going to the HB meet, we can talk more there.

The diameter of the smaller ring on the G35 coupe lights is just under 90 mm. Maybe you can try their 80 mm ring. The stock LEDs are red, so you may want to try and fit the 120mm ring in the larger ring (can't recall the exact size though). But you'll need light buckets for each LED, otherwise they won't be bright enough.

Sorry, when I first did this mod, I was really going into uncharted territory, so I had to improvise as I went along. I don't have pics of every step, and if I were to type out a term paper's worth of text, I don't think that would help either.

The work is similar to headlight projector retrofits. You're taking parts from another car to put onto your own. In this case I took the LED ring from the 05 sedan and implanted it into the coupe's signal light area. You'll need to do plenty of trimming and hand fitting with a dremel.

BTW, this was my first set, that I subsequently sold when I made my second set. I used the 07 sedan LED ring for the second set, and the light was a bit more uniform. From what I can tell, the 07 sedans are using the same type of LEDs as the 03-07 coupes. Any difference in the appearance is probably due to the shape/size of the light buckets.
