Evan,

The stock oil cooler is good enough. You do not need to upgrade. If you do decide to upgrade, you should still use the existing oil cooler and just link the return to your new cooler. I have a couple oil coolers you can have (BNIB) that i got before I went 6MT.

I figured I might as well is it hard to install and do the ones you have include all the parts I need to install it?

honestly z car garage will do it for a reasonable rate and its not that much for the amount of work put in. It's not hard, but tedious, and especially without a lift, I wouldn't have attempted it
