Thanks.

Chris, any word on what our pad options are? I think there are also porterfield pads for the calipers.

I love my StopTech Street Performance pads on my OEM brembo setup. I've been a big pusher of them when one of the regular "need new pads" post pops up. Its cool to see you went with that option on your brembo setup.

I dont doubt you find them to be a great street pad, but all I can say is do not expect them to be the be-all end-all pad on the track. They'll do the job, but they are still not by any means a true track pad, but you will be able to go from the home driveway to the track and back without touching them at least!

hawt!! Silly question, but those rear calipers look really similar to the factory Brembos. Somebody school me on why they are better...lol. Love the car btw.

I agree.... there's always going to be some compromise with each design. Hopefully they'll hold up for light track duty, without me needing to change pads at the track. It's not as easy changing the pads with these calipers, since with the monoblock design, I need to remove the calipers to get access to the pads.

WataG, yes, the rears are just factory brembos, powdercoated red. But the rotors are two piece stoptechs with nismo pads.

Where did you get those shims for the rear pads? I am assuming they would work with the OEM rear 2 piston Brembo setup.

I'm using the OEM 2 piston brembos, so they will fit.
