ha i didnt even notice that it looked like it was winking at you until you said that. i always liked the 03-05 tails but the jdm 06 tails are definitely starting to grow on me and really changes the way the car looks from the rear

Updates 6/11/11

May I ask you how you got the license plate mounted? I just got my car back from the body shop and they installed the rear license plate using the two bottom holes, without installing the license plate frame. Before I start doing anything, I wanted to see if I can get some help!

My body shop mounted it somehow. I haven't taken it off to see what they did since I got the car back so I'm not sure if they used the bracket or just fabricated a way to attach it. I do have more pics on the first page to show what's under there when the bumper was first test fit tho if that helps any.

Only thing I'd add is painting your clearance strip blue (same color as your car). (or obviously projectors would be better, but the strip would look so clean/better from the fading hazed up one.

I did mine:

and just picked a color close to DG as I could. On "stand out" colors like red, ur blue e.t.c. it would look more significant

Thank you. I will see what I can do to it tomorrow becuase it looks pretty sexy but the fact that the license plate is just mounted without a holder looks cheap. I'll work on it and then post pic

Love the ISF blue. I have an AB and love the color. It would be interesting to have a photo of yours with an AB next to it

Nooo. One of the benefits of having this color is the contrast of the red tail lights and the blue paint.
It ROCKS!!!

I'd try out some overlays and see how they look, can always just peel them off if ya dont like em.
I think the darker tails would go better with the blue/black.

And the new rims look so damn sexy. Very nice choice.

i havent really done much work on the car lately, been trying to decide if i want to save up and go forced induction or finish cleaning up the engine bay and do some more work under the hood, so needless to say projectors are at the bottom of the list at the moment

Great car...way to keep it clean and simple! I must say, I like the previous wheels better than the current ones though!
