I fit the bill, but I've only got a few crappy iPhone pics.
IIRC, the oem 19s give you 2mm over stock 18s.
I'm on HKS RS. Forgot my fender -> ground measurements, but I'm about .75 in from max on the fronts and maxed on the rears.
The combination of my crested driveway and my highschool parking lot speed bumps turned my Y pipe into this:
Great excuse for a custom exhaust though right? Who cares about stainless and mandrel bends when it costs a couple hundred dollars and I can get it re welded every year?

Technically speaking you gain ~3mm in the front and ~1mm in the rear.
If you are as slammed as I am - you will notice it slightly, but only by the sound of the scrape.
