Bi-xenon: Morimoto Mini D2S 2.0 retrofit
I did a quick search and didn’t find any information on this exact project, so I thought I would share. I did a retrofit of the Morimoto Mini D2S 2.0s (http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...roducts_id=236) and I could not be happier with the results.
I have a 2004 DG Coupe 5AT, and the projector essentially fit right into the low beam area of my headlight with no housing modifications at all (I did have the HID kit already). I also ended up keeping the D2R bulbs that were already in my lights, and it worked fine even though the projectors recommend D2S. I don’t have any pictures of it completed as of yet, but I will add the one I have of the open headlight.
I did a few other things as well, LEDs in clearance strip, angel eyes on the high beams, black housing and color match WV2 projector shroud. The end result is insanely great light output, definitely the best $110 I have spent on my G to date.
Just thought I would share, if anyone would like more details or information feel free to let me know.

Thank you much, I will try that asap. I went with the value Apollo (http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...roducts_id=130) because I knew I was going to color match it anyway, but I did end up having to cut quite a bit off the shroud in order to fit everything back together. I would say this was the hardest part of the whole project, lol!
I like the Apollo, but I'm leaning toward the Gatlings. I like the idea of a CCFL's inside the shroud to light up the vents when the parking lights are on.
