Very nice suspension, why go so budget on the headlights? Head on over to the retrofit source and buy yourself some nice projectors and get that upgraded look you want. They always have a Black Friday sale.

Headlights! The only replacement headlights anyone should be installing in their first gen G35 coupes are the '06 Projectors! Regardless of what aftermarket manufactures claim, they're not nearly as bright or work as well as OE projectors! Keep watching our Marketplace under private classified, you'll find a set. Make sure the tabs are in place, otherwise they've been ripped out and stolen!

Gary, headlights from them are 13 years old now, they are still better than eBay.. but still there is much more better out there now.

I actually like how they make the car look. Better than any other headlight I've seen in my opinion.

Dude dont be spraying any extra crap on there. Spray paint will stick to anything just fine. Its an enamel so it doesnt really need an additional clear-coat over it.

Woke up early and feeling good today. Since we ran outta time to tackle my rear bearings yesterday, I decided to get it done today. All was going smooth until I got to the left axle nut. I struggled with that thing for over an hour but nothing broke it loose. I gave up and went to home depot to get an impact gun. Knocked it off in a second....me like! Tooka few hours for the whole thing but it was a success! I didnt take much pics because my hands were filthy. But here it is all taken apart.

My China lights arent bad actually. Once I adjust the beam a little higher they should look pretty good.

I went through that years ago when I fixed the axle click issue. I had to add a part of a jack handle to a breaker bar and jump up and down on it to break the nut loose. They're torqued to something ridiculous, close to 200 ft.lbs IIRC. Got the dam things loose though!

They all sell similar products because:
Morimoto is the only reliable aftermarket HID projector builder.
There is only so much OEM projectors our there.

They have plenty of LED Projectors for sale too if that is your bag.

Oh yeah, I remember I had to borrow a 5 foot breaker bar haha.

Lol. I wedged a metal bar between the wheel studs to keep the axle from spinning as I torqued on it but it started bending the metal bar haha. I ran out of ideas so I had to go get the impact gun.

But damn...why do they torque those nuts so hard?
