Autocross is fune!!
So, I attended my second autocross section in my G35 Sedan. As always, IT WAS A BLAST!!! My times were decent and I improved on every single run (3 runs @ ~65 seconds each). It was only second gear, but it gives you a great idea of how your car handles and its tendencies at the limits.
Here are a couple of quick shots. There are more at the following link:

This is funny I attended my second auto x this weekend aswell. It was held in Carowins parking lot in Charlotte, NC. It is so fun. Like you I improved with every run. Here is a crappy cell pic from my event this weekend. Sorry to thread jack just thought it was funny we both attended our second auto x.
Sweet! I just did my first auto-x course a few weeks back. Had a blast, it was so much fun pushing my car in a relatively safe environment. Such a rush!

Not necessarily. You'd be fine with stock brakes.
I autocross frequently, it's addictive. Next summer i plan on drag racing and autoXing my G at least one time.
believe it or not, i had more fun doing autocrosses in my evo than full blown track events.
full blown track events are fun as hell, but the risk is SO much higher.
how are our sedans at autocrossing, when they're relatively stock?

My experience was the other way around. I've recently been participating in the NASA HPDE events and it is SO much more fun. Here are some snaps from that:

I'm crazy undecided about coilovers... She's my daily driver and I don't want to sacrifice too much of the comfy ride... That's why I kind of think that any coilover that is going to be better performing is going to be too harsh... And, the coilovers that will give me a decent ride on the street won't be much better on the track than my current setup.....
