I would search for info. on painted lowers--my guess would be not more than $350-400. Keep in mind some shops will say they can or can't do it or you need flex agent or there may be color matching issues but a little mismatch is ok--u will even see that in oem nismo side sills in silver and white---not so much in blk and blue.
If you can, rotate side to side to help prevent feathering and get a good alignment to bring your toe, camber and caster back into spec. You will prolly have more neg. camber than stock, but less than a cpe.
Might consider rolling the rear fender lips, especially if you have 40 series tires and carry adult passengers. Make sure a shop uses a hub mounted fender rolling tool, heats the paint up first and goes nice and slowly. This will prevent rubbing in 40series tire applications. Should not be more than $30 bucks a side--u only need this for the rears.
springs---check this out for ID thread for more info.
u want z springs front, and g NON-sport rears. The ride is firm (but in a good way) yet still comfortable, handles great and is fun to drive and gets the LOOKS bro.

I'm going to be a post ***** and post my own 04 sedan on 19s. I love the look of this combo. Next up is a G/Z spring swap.
FYI these rims were trashed when I got them. I spent about 7 hours removing curb rash and scratches, and repainted the wheels with an etching primer under DuPont "Nissan K12 Silver Coolness Metallic" and a satin clearcoat. It's the closest match or the OEM silver I could find. The satin clearcoat gives them a very slight blue tint, so if you're obsessive about matching OEM wheel colour you might want to go with a regular gloss clearcoat.
