I understand that the thread starter has used front 350z struts and springs on his sedan, but will the rear 350z struts and springs be a straight fit for the rear as well? Mine is an 05 sedan..

Anyone have pics of a full 350z suspension setup in an 05 G Sedan front and rear?

THX.

It looks the same. All the springs, shocks, struts on the z, g coupe and g sedan are interchangeable. The rear is a shock not a strut. Really the only time its an issue is if your just changing your springs. If you wanna change both you can get a matching set right from a 350z and pop it right in.

Why is everyone all over recycled stock springs? Get your bankroll up and treat your G to what she deserves.....

But the car looks good....I would put an 05, 06 front bumper on it gives it a little bit meaner look with the drop without being over the top

1) They look great compared to our OEM spring height
2) They handle & corner better than our OEM springs
3) They help out fellow G/Z owners by taking them off their hands (if they go w/ aftermarket springs)
4) They're much cheaper than going with an aftermarket setup
5) They're a practical drop for our cars IMO. Slammed cars look hot, but in my world, living in New England & having 2 kids, it's not practical to go any lower (i've already cracked my 2 front splash guards from being lowered). New ones on the way.....
6) Recycling is good for the environment
7) Why not?

I drove my car 90k miles before I sold it for a coupe and the suspension was still riding strong. Once again I definitely recommend this mod for your sedan. Im look for this kind of drop of my coupe now. Still searching...

Colored-dots for ID purposes

For 350Z springs--will drop a sedan 1" on all 4 corners.
Fronts are 314 spring rate and have 1 pink dot and 1 orange dot. Coils are tighter and most have the rubber sleeve on them.(2007-2008 models have 1 white and 1 orange dot) Tech farmer mentioned some z springs front may have only 1 pink dot z front are confusing

Rears(revised,2004.5+) are 427 spring rate and have 2 red dots and 1 purple dot.
(2007-2008 models have 2 red dots and 1 blue dot)

Rears(unrevised 2003,some 2004) are 342 spring rate and have 2 red dots and 1 white dot.(1 white dot)

Front Spring height comparison

Here is a picture comparing the front spring heights. The G35 coupe spring is about 1/2" shorter than the sedan and the 350Z spring is about 1" shorter.
