Do you guys know if a pair of 04 350z shocks with 06 Z Springs would be ok on my non sport sedan?

depends on when the shocks were made. if they're early 04, no; if theyre late 04 then you should be fine with the spring you chose

to be safe, i would go with 05/06 Z shocks or Tokico D-Specs to use with the 06 Z springs

after reading th thread i am considering the 03-04 350z springs for my 03.5 sedan.

I can use my stock struts ? considering they have 37k on them right?

If you dont have a X also try to find some revised struts and shocks. It will make the car less bouncy.

If you have the sport package, then yes, you can use them; otherwise it's wise to get some coupe shocks or struts used on this forum or my350z.com. Your non-sport ones will prematurely wear if you don't replace them due to them being compressed more.

We sometimes tow a trailer with our 2003 Sedan. I want to install a set of sport, or X rear spring to firm up the rear when towing. Should I also get the shocks from the sport or X donor vehicle as well? thnxs for any suggestions.

There are not a lot of G sedans in the wreckers here in Ontario Canada. Still looking though. The Infiniti dealer in town wants $400. plus tax for a set of X rear coils alone!

I'm guessing he has a small trailer bed. A lot of canadians have these to haul stuff to/from stores instead of buying/renting a truck (i.e. furniture, lumber, etc.). A Canadian friend of mine has one too & her and her husband both drive small cars.

So it's a Canadian thing? LOL. I believe I've seen pics of Kuneff (W. VA) towing his bike behind his coupe.

Doesn't look like anyone answered you on this. If you are running sport, your rear shocks will be red.

Because of the 50 degree heatwave today I started my unrevised z spring and dspec install. I started the fronts after dinner. The shaft bolt on the strut was rusted solid to the end. Even with an impact and spraying it wouldnt come off. I ended up breaking out my cut-off wheel and cutting and then I chisel the rest off. I got the other side waiting for me in the morning lol. Hopefully ill have dropped on snow tire pics tomorrow
