You may wanna consider some new hood hinges. If original they are ready to fail.

its not bad I like the stillen better but I got it for like 40$ I think so no complaints

kind of. they were ment to be greased normally, which no one ever does. Sooner or later the hood starts to hit the fender. Its a common problem and most have had them replaced under warranty. I had mine replaced this summer.

Im am doing the same build as you at home right now. Except Im beating you

Here are a few of mine so you dont feel like your by yourself in the "death sentence" of a job.

yeah looks like I will have to take a look or just do some ghetto weld fixing ! But Aw I am so happy your doing this too! And we will see who finishes first!!!!!

I can bet you will finish first, I plan on june. I work on cars all day for my job so its hard to do it for fun when i get home. Im getting old (29) and my back is sore lol.

Me and PPGFreak are both paint and body techs.

yeah I am just kidding. I hate rushing this **** but I am sick of riding a bike and seeing my baby in this way . Thats sweet though lucky you!

Do I see a race starting Im in! After this weekend all the jambs will be done,trunk,hood,doors,ect. Then put it back together all week after work and paint the out side next weekend Then put more back together

sweet project man!i JUST finished doing all that to my 95 impala ss and it took what seemed like a life time but like u said the finished project was worth every bit
